These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "you", "your") and j59 ("j59", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at https://j59.onl. 1. Eligibility and Account Registration
1.1 Age Requirement
You must be at least 21 years of age to register for and use the j59 platform. By completing registration, you confirm that you are aged 21 or above. j59 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time, including but not limited to a national identity card, passport, or birth certificate. Accounts found to belong to persons under 21 will be immediately suspended, all pending withdrawals cancelled, and any remaining balance will be returned to the payment method used for deposit after deduction of any bonus amounts.
1.2 Single Account Policy
Each individual player is permitted to maintain one (1) j59 account only. Players may not register under multiple names, mobile numbers, or payment accounts. The creation of duplicate accounts — whether for the purpose of claiming additional bonuses, circumventing a suspension, or any other reason — is a material breach of these Terms. j59 will permanently close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances held therein upon discovery of multiple accounts operated by the same individual.
1.3 Accurate Information
You are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information at the time of registration and to keep that information current. Any changes to your registered mobile number, payment methods, or personal details must be updated promptly by contacting j59 support. j59 is not liable for any losses arising from inaccurate account information provided by the player, including failed withdrawals due to an incorrect bKash or Nagad number.
1.4 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your j59 login credentials. You must not share your password with any third party. j59 will not be held responsible for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login details. You must notify j59 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
2. Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments
2.1 Accepted Payment Methods

2.2 Minimum Deposit and Withdrawal
The minimum deposit amount on j59 is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. These thresholds are subject to revision by j59 at any time. Deposits below the minimum threshold will not be credited to your account and may require manual review for reversal.
2.3 Own-Name Payment Requirement
All deposits must be made from a payment account (bKash wallet, bank account, or card) registered in the same name as the j59 account holder. Third-party deposits — where the funding source belongs to another individual — are strictly prohibited. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account verified as belonging to the registered j59 account holder. j59 reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify ownership of any payment method at any time.
2.4 Withdrawal Processing Times
j59 targets the following withdrawal processing times for verified accounts:
- bKash and Nagad: within 5 minutes during business hours (08:00–24:00 BST)
- Rocket and Upay: within 15 minutes during business hours
- Bank transfers (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank): same business day if requested before 17:00 BST
- Visa / Mastercard: 1–3 business days depending on the issuing bank
2.5 Currency
All transactions on j59 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). Where a deposit is made in a different currency, j59 will convert the amount to BDT at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction. j59 does not guarantee a specific exchange rate and is not liable for any currency conversion losses incurred by the player.
3. Bonuses and Promotions
Important: All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to wagering requirements and specific terms. Players must read the individual promotion terms before accepting any offer. j59 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
3.1 Welcome Bonus
New j59 members may be eligible for a Welcome Bonus of up to ৳20,000 on their first qualifying deposit. To qualify, the deposit must meet the minimum threshold specified in the current Welcome Bonus promotion terms at the time of registration. The Welcome Bonus is awarded automatically and cannot be claimed more than once per household, device, or IP address.
3.2 Wagering Requirements
Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before any derived winnings may be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in that promotion's individual terms. Until wagering requirements are met, bonus-derived funds are ring-fenced and cannot be transferred to your withdrawable balance. 3.3 Bonus Abuse
j59 operates a zero-tolerance policy toward promotional abuse. Actions that constitute bonus abuse include but are not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using arbitrage strategies, placing opposing bets across accounts to lock in a guaranteed profit from a bonus, and any conduct that j59 reasonably determines is designed to exploit a promotion rather than engage with the platform in good faith. Where bonus abuse is identified, j59 reserves the right to:
- Void the bonus and any winnings derived from it
- Suspend or permanently close the account
- Withhold any pending withdrawal pending investigation
3.4 Seasonal and Ongoing Promotions
j59 offers periodic promotional campaigns timed around Bangladesh's sporting and cultural calendar, including BPL cricket season, IPL, T20 World Cup fixtures, Eid al-Fitr, Eid al-Adha, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day, and Independence Day. Each seasonal promotion carries its own eligibility criteria, opt-in requirements, and terms. Players must meet all stated requirements at the time the promotion is active; retroactive claims are not accepted.
4. Gaming Rules and Fair Play
4.1 Random Number Generation

4.3 Prohibited Conduct

- Any form of cheating, including exploitation of software bugs or errors

4.4 Malfunction Policy
In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or software error that affects the outcome of a game or bet, j59 reserves the right to void the affected round or rounds and return the corresponding stake to the player's account. Where it is not possible to determine the stake amount due to the nature of the malfunction, j59 will make a reasonable determination based on available records. Malfunction voids all pays and plays.
5. Responsible Gaming
5.1 Player Commitment

6. Intellectual Property
All content on the j59 platform — including but not limited to the j59 brand name and logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, software, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of j59 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the j59 platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, or create derivative works from any j59 content without prior written authorisation from j59.
Game content displayed on j59 (including game graphics, sounds, and interfaces from studios such as Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi, and Spribe) remains the intellectual property of those respective studios. j59 operates those games under licence from each studio and does not claim ownership of third-party game content.
7. Limitation of Liability
Please read this section carefully. It limits j59's legal liability to you in connection with your use of the platform.
7.1 No Warranty
The j59 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. j59 makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the platform's uninterrupted availability, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or freedom from errors or viruses. j59 does not warrant that the platform will meet your requirements or that any particular result will be achieved by using it.
7.2 Exclusion of Indirect Losses
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, j59 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage arising from your use of or inability to use the j59 platform, including but not limited to loss of anticipated profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill. This exclusion applies regardless of whether such loss was foreseeable or whether j59 had been advised of the possibility of such loss.
7.3 Cap on Liability
Where j59 is found liable to a player for any cause of action arising from or related to use of the platform, j59's total aggregate liability shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits j59's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other matter that cannot be excluded by law.
8. Account Suspension and Termination
8.1 j59's Right to Suspend
j59 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account at any time, with or without notice, where j59 reasonably suspects or determines that:
- The player has breached any provision of these Terms
- The account was registered using false or misleading information
- The player is engaged in fraudulent, unlawful, or abusive conduct
- Regulatory, legal, or compliance obligations require account closure
- The player has failed to complete identity verification within the required timeframe
8.2 Player-Initiated Closure
You may close your j59 account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Upon closure, any withdrawable balance (net of any voided bonus amounts) will be returned to your verified payment method within five (5) business days. Accounts under active investigation may not be closed until the investigation is resolved.
9. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute arising from or relating to your use of j59 or these Terms, we encourage you to contact j59 support in the first instance so that we may attempt to resolve the matter informally. j59 is committed to resolving player complaints promptly and fairly. Most disputes are resolved within five (5) business days of receipt.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, you and j59 agree to engage in good-faith mediation before pursuing any formal legal proceedings. j59's internal complaints procedure is available upon request by contacting [email protected]. Please include your registered account details and a clear description of the dispute when submitting a complaint.
10. Miscellaneous Provisions
10.1 Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the j59 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and j59 with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings, whether written or oral.
10.2 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced with a valid provision that most closely reflects the intent of the original.
10.3 Waiver
j59's failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms on any given occasion shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision on any subsequent occasion. All waivers must be made in writing and signed by an authorised representative of j59 to be effective.
10.4 Language
These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translated version of these Terms, the English version shall prevail.
